Uncle Eddie

My grandmother was very fond of her brother Adelino Fernandez. Uncle "Eddie" lived in Phoenix most of his life teaching flamenco and working as a short order cook at the VA hospital.  I finally got the courage to take apart his brittle old scrapbook so I could scan some of his headshots. Here is a nice article from a Phoenix newspaper later in his life and the photographs. The scrapbook has a beautiful wooden cover made by some students who could not afford to pay him.  It is mentioned in this article.
