The boy is Uncle Eddie (Adelino Fernandez). The oldest women with the white headscraf is Marcelina Ynclan Menendez, the grandmother. The other women is an Aunt Maria. Not sure about the others. I believe this was taken right before Eddie left for the U.S., he was the last one. Wela used to say his pants were too short because he was supposed to leave the year before.
